Hi Cabbie, Kelly, deedee oh wow long time no chat ;-)

I thought I was totally cured of soaps (well except for Trueblood), long given up OLTL and finally rid myself of GH after 30+ years. Then one day I'm home and catch end of OLTL with Tea and Dodd fighting scene. Deja vu and not for my TnT either, but for Moonlighting, especially the part where they have sex on the TABLE. Hot, physical, hair grabbing sex lol. Man, I loved my Maddie and David, NO ONE ever fought as sexily as those two... well until FL and TSJ.

No, he's not Todd, nothing AT ALL LIKE my Todd, but I can watch him b/c TSJ is doing a great job of impersonating Moonlighting's David, the smirks, the sexy I'm irrestible so admit you love me teases... the hot hot HOT kisses and ROAMING hands. FL even swatting him away in one scene was soooooooooo Maddie-like as Bruce Willis just loved to push the lines so I renamed him DODD. Willis was never a good actor either but he played the flirting, smart-aleck who got a thrill from riling Maddie while lusting her just as much perfectly. I give props to TSJ he really delivers a guy who BADLY wants Tea.

I give OLTL props they aren't even trying to re-do TnT, they aren't angsty at all - they are just exploiting some GREAT chemistry. TSJ and FL do sizzle together, wowwwwwwww!!!

As for Thursday show, that kiss reminded me of SpiderMan, very tender and SENSUAL is perfect word. FL was always great about that melting reaction to Todd, that part remains very true... she plays it like Tea just can't resist him... she loves and lusts for him so much sometimes it over-rides her smart brain. She's more 1997 Tea, I agree but the sex scenes are pure Maddie!!!!

So I record OLTL daily now though I FF through rest of show except for Dodd as I literally can't stand STARR, WTF happened to that kid, she's a self-righteous little prig, ugh.

So TSJ can do a hot love scene well, he can flirt well, he can tease well, he's good at romantic comedy... but man he sucks at drama, he was DREADFUL absolutely DREADFUL in the KAD climax scene. He put MORE effort and emotion at Tea's bedside than he did reliving THE RAPE. Sniff, sniff, RH would have rocked those scenes re-living it all over again with SH... but even SH was off, I expected a HUGE EMOTIONAL meltdown instead it was like ok I'll drive off in a car alone with the guy I just remembered brutally gang-raped me, WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF! Writing for this show sucks, what else is new.

So count me on board for DODD ;-)

Cabbie mentioned while back you guys were hanging here so just had to drop in after I got hooked on Tea and DODD (bear with me it helps if I RENAME him as I just can't call him Todd, don't know who TSJ is playing but it's NOT Todd Manning).

So where do you guys think this is heading this summer? I'm not invested like with TnT, mainly enjoying the sparring/flirting/sizzle of these two actors, I did catch that sometimes they are adlibbing or appear to as camera doesn't quite catch their comebacks lol. That's one part that DOES remind me of RH, TSJ goes off script and has ants in his pants, he can't sit still much in scenes.

I started watching earlier this year, caught up some with some Youtube clips but what Tea say when she came back to town?!!!! And why would she ever abandon her own baby, that's just not like her. Any clues what she's been up to since gone???

And ROSS???? FREAKING Ross, oh man I can't take another dose of him.

Hmm, I did vibe that Tea feels guilty about her secret, when she almost confessed to Blair in boiler room... so a long lost kid. Well, considering all that Tea has just gone through to keep Todd away from kids, or more like prevent him from taking them from Blair, I could see the twist Tea giving up kid for adoption or child raised by friend to protect child from Todd. Tea knows Todd very well, ANY child of his he considers his private property.

Ho hum, another long lost child plot. I wish they would come up with something original, a really good twist of what's happened to her since gone, those were alot of years.

So where you as disappointed with the KAD scenes as I was? Man, TSJ sucks at drama, he's walking Marty through gang rape with all the emotion of a guy bored out of his skull. ARghhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
