smart and sharp. I still want to scream when I think about what role he might have played in the Todd story the Labines were writing.
Remember when Todd went "catatonic" after the incident at the Buke lodge and then he started faking the DID in the hospital? I think it was right around that time that Mel took a cryptic trip to Chicago and came back with some story about Todd that he wanted to run in the Banner. There was something he knew that he thought was going to blow the whole idea that Todd had killed Georgie Phillips wide open. God, I wish I knew what he found in Chicago. That could have been such a fabulous story. That could have been such a fabulous Todd/TnT story.
Damn. I still can't believe they killed Mel. Damn.
